Points will expire if you have not shopped as part of the Rewards Program for the past 24 months.
For example, if you make a purchase and receive 100 Points on January 1, 2025, and you do not shop further as part of the Rewards Program, those Points will expire on January 2, 2027. However, if you make a purchase on January 1, 2025, and receive 100 Points and make a subsequent purchase on February 1, 2026 and receive another 100 Points but then do not shop further as part of the Rewards Program, all 200 of your Points will expire on February 1, 2028.
Once Points are redeemed for a Rewards coupon, the coupon is typically valid for 12 months, but please check the offer details.
Any Points that you previously received as part of the ShopSimon Rewards Program may expire sooner.
