You can trade in your Points for Members-only Rewards to use at Participating Stores within Simon Centers, online at ShopSimon™, or through the ShopSimon app.
Check your Simon+ Dashboard or your Rewards Hub to see the Members-only Rewards, which are exclusive discounts at Participating Stores and other exclusive Benefits provided by Participating Merchants that are redeemable for Points. When you find a Reward you’d like to redeem, confirm your selection in the Dashboard or Rewards Hub. Once you redeem any Reward, the relevant number of Points will be deducted from your Account immediately (and cannot be refunded), and you’ll receive an offer code to use at a Participating Store.
You can also redeem your Points for online discount coupons from ShopSimon listed in the “Redeem Points Online” section of the Dashboard or in the Rewards Hub. These online Rewards can be used on future purchases at ShopSimon.com or in the ShopSimon app. Just apply your Points at checkout to get your discount. Online Rewards can be used on most products purchased through the ShopSimon checkout, but cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, or gift cards. Online Rewards cannot be used for purchases made on sites other than ShopSimon.com or the ShopSimon app.
Please note that once a Reward is redeemed, your Points will be deducted immediately and cannot be returned. Rewards coupons expire 12 months from the date they are issued or as otherwise disclosed in connection with a particular Rewards coupon. Only one Reward can be used per order, and Rewards may not be combined with other offers.
