You can get Points while shopping at a Participating Store, in the ShopSimon app, and online at ShopSimon.com!
You have 3 options to be awarded Points for Qualifying Purchases: (1) register one or more Linked Card(s) to your Simon+ Account and make qualifying In-Center Purchases at Participating Stores in Simon Centers; (2) upload eligible receipts from In-Center Purchases you have made (after you have registered your Account) without using any Linked Card by using Receipt Scanning; or (3) make a Qualifying Purchase online at ShopSimon.com or the ShopSimon app while logged into your Simon+ Account as further described below.
If you have registered any Linked Card(s) in your Account, you will be awarded Points when you make qualifying In-Center Purchases at Participating Stores in participating Simon Centers with any of your Linked Card(s) (that’s it, you don’t have to do anything else). Only those qualifying In-Center Purchases where a Participating Merchant has elected to have its Stores participate in the Simon+ Rewards Program will be eligible to receive Points through Linked Card transaction matching. We're continuously working to add more Participating Merchants – so check back often!
You can be awarded Points if you upload an eligible receipt from your qualifying In-Center Purchase that was not made with any Linked Card by using the Receipt Scanning feature. Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days of the purchase date (which must be a date after you registered your Account) and meet other eligibility requirements in our Rewards Program Terms and the “Upload Receipt” page from your Account Dashboard or under the “Rewards” menu.
To get Points for online shopping, complete your Qualifying Purchase on ShopSimon.com or in the ShopSimon app while logged into your Member Account and such Qualifying Purchase will automatically be logged for Points awards. Points will be added to your Account once the Pending Period (returns window) for your Qualifying Purchase has closed. From time to time, we may offer you an opportunity to get even more Points by shopping through the ShopSimon app.
Unless otherwise specified in the Rewards Program Terms, you will be awarded one (1) Point for each qualifying dollar spent for qualifying In-Store Purchases made by a Linked Card or demonstrated by Receipt Scanning. You may only receive a maximum of 5,000 daily total Points in the aggregate between all of your qualifying In-Center Purchases (through Receipt Scanning or Linked Card transactions) and online purchases at ShopSimon.com or the ShopSimon app
Points may not be received on purchases paid for with gift cards or that include Products or charges in other excluded categories or on orders placed through merchants that are not Participating Merchants. Other excluded categories of charges that do not qualify for Points awards include, without limitation, taxes, tips, shipping, warranty, discounts and credits, returns, refunds, or other fees that are charged to you on top of, or deducted from, the purchase price.
You can also get Bonus Points by completing different activities or for reaching certain milestones as listed in the Bonus Points section of your Account Dashboard. For example, we give you annual Bonus Points for your birthday when you enter that date on the “Your Profile” page in your Account. More Bonus Points may be made available to you if you perform certain actions such as subscribing to ShopSimon marketing text messages or by completing certain social media activities.
