Your Cash Back award may not appear in your Account for several days after you make a Qualifying Purchase due to the Participating Store’s or Merchant Site’s transaction processing time, after which time your Cash Back will be reflected as “pending”. Your Cash Back remains in pending status until after the Participating Store’s or Merchant Site’s Pending Period (for returns, refunds, etc.) passes without a change to the amount of your Qualifying Purchase. Cash Back typically moves from pending to confirmed within 30 to 60 days after your Qualifying Purchase.
